GP Hubs
Anyone registered with the practices which Primary Care Sheffield provides services for can attend the hubs, appointments are available through your GP practice. All other patients can arrange local appointments via their GP practice.

Booking an appointment
You can book appointments for these services through your usual GP practice or by contacting 111 when your GP practice is closed. Your GP practice will be able to view all available appointments and book you in. Your appointment will be at one of the hubs. Appointments are also available on Bank Holidays, however they may not be available at all sites.
